How do I get started?
If you’re all set and ready to get started, place an order in the store to kick off the process. The “pricing” in the shop is only to help you get an idea of what your design MIGHT cost. Our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to get talking about how to realize your vision - materials, shape, design, etc are all on the table. Ultimately, the cost will be finalized only AFTER the design team and you have decided on the final form of your stairs.

What to expect from my consultation?
Your consultation will be tailored to fit your needs. We will start with design goals and generally get an idea of what vision you are trying to make. We will then get measurements of your home, so our designers can then get started on mock-ups for you. After enough design iterations are completed to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want, the staircases will be made and ordered straight to your home. We have people ready to answer questions during normal business hours throughout the entire process.
How do we measure dimensions?
We use a proprietary Augmented Reality (AR) tool that allows us to get the dimensions we need without increasing costs to you as a home visit would. Of course, if you already have dimensions from your contractor, or if you are a contractor with blueprints for the stairs, we of course can use those as well.

How long does it take from order to delivery?
After the design is finalized, we get started on production of the stairs. This process can take up to 4 weeks. Once completed, our trusted logistics partners will handle the pickup and delivery. You can expect finalization to delivery date to be around 2 months.
Who installs the stairs?
These stairs are meant to be as install-friendly as possible. We do not handle staircase installs, but our if you’re a DIYer and/or handy with tools, you might be able to install these yourself! Whether you’re a contractor or individual homeowner, our team will help make sure that you’re either equipped to handle the project yourself after explaining the process or point you in the right direction to getting help.
